• (1) Precautions for lifting of injection molding machine

    Before lifting, the movable formwork shall be in the mold locking position with the minimum mold thickness.

    Small injection molding machines are generally integral and can be lifted as a whole; Large injection molding machines (including some medium-sized injection machines) are usually made by combination of locating pins and positioning bolts. They are not allowed to be lifted as a whole. The clamping part and injection part should be separated and partially lifted.

    The crane, wire rope and hook used for lifting must have sufficient bearing capacity.

    During hoisting, the parts where the steel wire rope contacts the equipment shall be isolated with cloth or wood blocks to avoid damaging the equipment.

    (2) Environmental requirements

    When installing the injection molding machine, pay attention to the surrounding environment, easy operation, good daylighting and ventilation. The general requirements are as follows:

    When the injection molding machine is installed, the ambient temperature is 0 ~ 40 .

    No condensation is allowed when the relative humidity is below 75%. If the humidity is too high, the insulation performance of electrical components will decline or age in advance.

    Altitude below 1000m.

    Do not install injection molding machines in places with much dust and high concentration of corrosive gases.

    The place where the injection molding machine is installed should be far away from the equipment that will cause electrical or magnetic interference (such as welding machine, etc.).

    When installing the injection molding machine, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the equipment, the disassembly of the mold, and the stacking space of raw materials and finished products.

    The space height of the plant shall allow space for mold hoisting.

    (3) Installation foundation

    According to different specifications and models of injection molding machines, the depth of installation foundation, the presence and quantity of anchor bolts are also different. Generally, small injection molding machines (including some medium-sized machines) only need concrete foundation + flexible adjustable sizing block without anchor bolts; Large injection molding machines (including some medium-sized machines) need concrete foundation + adjustable sizing block + anchor bolt.

    2. Adjustment during installation

    During installation, the relevant accuracy of the injection molding machine shall be adjusted and checked to meet its performance requirements.

    (1) Adjustment of guide rail parallelism of clamping part

    Use a precision level to make a rough adjustment of the longitudinal levelness on the two quenched guide rails (lift the adjustable sizing block to stabilize the bubble of the level in the middle), and use a parallel ruler to cross the two guide rails, place the level on the parallel ruler and make a rough adjustment of the transverse levelness. For large and medium-sized combined injection molding machines, a level gauge is also used to adjust the parallelism of the guide rail of the injection base, install the locating pin connecting the clamping device and the injection device, and tighten its connecting bolts and nuts.

    (2) Inspection and adjustment of levelness of guide column of movable formwork

    Use a precision level to adjust the longitudinal and transverse levelness on the guide column. Place the level horizontally first, then longitudinally, and repeat the measurement and adjustment until it meets the requirements. A parallel ruler across two guide columns is also required for transverse measurement. Allowable tolerance: transverse 0.16mm/m; Longitudinal 0.24mm/m.

    The oil tank shall be filled with hydraulic oil up to the position above the oil standard. When filling hydraulic oil, the oil tank must be clean, otherwise it shall be cleaned; Turn on the power switch; Use the hydraulic pump motor switch on the operation panel. After inching the hydraulic pump motor, turn it off immediately to check whether the steering direction of the hydraulic pump is correct. If it is not correct, replace the wiring of the hydraulic pump motor in time.
